REGISTRATION CHANGES
Pre-registration is REQUIRED for all rodeos by the specified date. Specific registration open/close dates will be posted on the 2026 Schedule page beside each rodeo date. Registration will open at 12:00 am on Friday 3 weeks before a rodeo, and will close at 11:59pm on Friday one week before a rodeo. This gives 2 full weeks to register. Late entries will be allowed from 12:00am the Saturday before a rodeo (not the day of) and close at 11:59pm on Sunday prior to the rodeo. Late entries will incur a $30 late fee. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after 11:59pm the Sunday before a rodeo. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We are using a new website for rodeo entries and registrations: https://mms.equestevent.com
Payment options for the 2026 season are: cash, check, PayPal (Friends & Family option), or Venmo. NO credit cards.
Stall reservations will be available online during each registration window. Stalls are limited and they will go quickly. They are on a first come/first serve basis for $25 per night. No refunds, no holds. If you register for a stall, you are responsible for payment. If you no longer need the stall after registration, you are still responsible for the $25 fee or you can "sell" your stall to someone else.
If a contestant is a turn-out or a no-show after entries close, but before the rodeo starts, they will not be charged event entry fees, but they are still responsible for the $20 non-refundable entry fee. It must be paid in full before competing in the next rodeo. There are no refunds if a contestant is a turn-out or no-show after the rodeo begins. Refunds will only be given if there is a medical emergency (human or equine).
