Pre-registration is required for each rodeo. No day-of entries allowed.

Open/close dates for registration are listed beside each rodeo date.

Full rodeo dress is required for all contestants.

March 7  - Regular Rodeo (official dress code)

April 11 - Regular Rodeo (official dress code)

May 2 - Regular Rodeo (official dress code)

May 30 - WTLW T-Shirt Rodeo, 2026 Sponsorship money due, Finals apparel sizing due, Raffle Drawing

September 5 - WTLW T-shirt rodeo (modified official dress code), location change - UTM Ag Pavilion

September 19 - Regular Rodeo (official dress code), Silent Auction

October 3 - Regular Rodeo (official dress code)

October 24  - Halloween costume rodeo (modified official dress code) 

November 14 - Rodeo Finals (official dress code) 

November 15 - WTLW Awards (official dress code) & Fun Day 

RODEO DAY INFO

Check-in begins at 8 am . 

Rodeo begins at 9 am on each date with the presentation of U.S., Christian, and WTLW flags, prayer, and singing of the National Anthem. 

Contestants are NOT required to participate in themed or modified dress code rodeos and may instead wear official dress code attire.
